Chief Financial Officer - BFS - CA/CFA (15-20 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Key responsibilities include Financial Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Cost Management, Investor Relations, Management Reporting, Capital Management, Fund Raising, Compliance review and Treasury
2. Responsible for Capital Management
a. Fund raising experience of both equity and debt including Preference Shares through private placement, rights issue etc
3. Responsible for dealing with rating agencies for bank and instrument specific ratings
4. Driving error free Accounting and Financial Reporting
5. Preparing Financial Plan and preparing financial analysis
6. Building sound Investor Relations
7. Plan M&A strategy
8. Oversee the Treasury function and do Investment planning
9. Oversee Compliance function
10. Manage external and regulatory stakeholders as per the business exigencies
11. Oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax and treasury.
12. Designs and coordinates a wide variety of accounting and statistical data and reports
13. Monitoring and review finance and treasury policies, procedures and practices in line with accounting standards, legal requirement and industry best practices.
14. Ensuring prudent management of the Bank's cash flow and associated financial risk exposures.
15. Ensuring the timely completion and submission of financial and statistical reporting for management and regulatory agencies.
16. Informing and advising senior management on the organization's financial condition.
17. Working with senior management in setting annual financial goals and targets for organization.
18. Tracking, reporting and managing the overall financial performance.
19. Lead & close negotiations on significant procurement items.
20. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
21. Any other assignment as given by higher authorities from time to time.
Qualifications : A qualified Chartered Accountant
Certifications : CFA (desirable)
