Key role responsibilities

- Treasury

- Partnering with sales & client servicing team

Key Responsibility Areas

- Finance business partner for all divisions within the organization

- Commercial Division F&A including MIS, Budgeting, Forecasting, Pricing Proposal, Sales Funnel Analysis, Booked Business Analysis, Customer/Vendor Profitability Analysis, GP Analysis, KPI's review, Variance Analysis.

- Designed a revenue and cost model to access margins for a new B2B/B2C business plan.

- Software Division F&A including Timesheet Analysis, Project Billing, Efficiency & Idle Time Analysis.

- Driving SOP Documentation for all the departments,identifying the key risk areas and monitoring through Internal Audits

- Treasury Management including Cash-Flow Management.

- Co-ordinating Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit. GST,VAT, Service Tax, Shops & Establishment & Other annual returns & Compliance.

- Work closely with Admin, HR & IT Departments to review policies, Sales incentive Policy, Reimbursement Policies & Travelling Policies.

- Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Investor Relations

- Financial & Business Planning / Budgeting

- Cash Flow Management

- Treasury Operations

- Audit Facilitation

- Change Management

- Benchmarking

- Trend Setter in new Processes Implementation

- Effective Team Player and decision maker

- Possess a flexible, adaptable & highly committed attitude

- Strong analytical, problem solving & systematic organizing abilities.
