Required Experience

- banking experience including financial planning, bank reporting and regulations etc. Knowledge of banking industry, technology, bank products.

Purpose

- To support the bank from a strategic and operational perspective at Executive Management level in the disciplines of financial planning, accounting, budgeting as well as financial reporting to higher management.

Required Skills

- Leading and Supervising, Planning & Organising, Presenting and Communicating Information, Formulating Strategies and Concepts, Strong analytical abilities to analyze data and make high-level decisions.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

- Framing accounting policy for all products.

- Formulation and execution of the organization's short-term and long-term financial goals, strategies and outcomes.

- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure that proper fiduciary direction and processes are in place.

- Ensure that all banking operations are monitored and controlled against budget, all financial transactions are treated appropriately, accurate financial information is available to support management decision-making and to ensure that the bank adheres to all regulatory requirements and legislation."

- Developing strong control systems for assets and report accurate financial results.

- Oversee Bank's Asset/Liability Management and recommending strategies to improve operating margins and liquidity.

- Implement a suitable system to assist with all financial reporting to the board, Regulators and any other External Stakeholder
