Chief Financial Officer - Balance Sheet Management - CA - Infra/BFSI

- Involved in finalization and publication of quarterly, half yearly and annual accounts as per listing agreement for listed company and as per regulation in other companies

- Administering the overall publishing and reviewing of business wise MIS for all business units, management

- Supervising the preparation of Annual budgets for all business units and support functions while comparing between actual and budgets

- Looking after the payroll preparation and assuring the deposition of statutory dues

- Interfacing with both the statutory and internal auditors for audit of accounts

- Monitoring the inflow / outflow of funds; taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives

- Designing and implementing systems & procedures

- Involved in Business valuations, Audits & Compliance, Regulatory Accounting, etc.
