Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Delhi - South Extension but have offices in Bahadurgarh and Pune also

With a strong presence in both domestic and international markets, focuses on innovation, safety, and high-quality lighting solutions for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies to drive profitability, growth, and long-term sustainability.
- Work closely with the CEO and the Board on financial planning, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead the company's IPO journey, ensuring regulatory compliance and investor readiness.
- Oversee due diligence, prospectus drafting, and investor presentations.
- Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Analyse financial performance, KPIs, and cost structures to drive operational efficiencies.
- Establish strong internal controls and risk management frameworks.
- Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee accounting policies, audits, and financial reporting as per IND-AS / IFRS standards.
- Manage taxation strategies to optimize tax efficiency and compliance.
- Drive cost efficiency initiatives in manufacturing operations.
- Implement cost control measures, working capital management, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, FEMA, GST, Companies Act 2013, and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a Tier 1 institute.
- At least 20+ years in finance leadership roles, with experience in a listed company or leading an IPO.
- Strong preference for candidates with manufacturing sector or Auto/Auto Comp & Ancillaries experience
- Strong knowledge of IND-AS, IFRS, SEBI regulations, FEMA, taxation laws.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, risk management, and investor relations.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinking and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in leading an IPO or working in a listed company.
- Experience in equity/debt fundraising and engaging with PE/VC investors.
- Knowledge of sustainability and ESG financial reporting is a plus.
