Chief Financial Officer - Automotive - CA (13-18 yrs)

Job Profile:

- Directly responsible for financial accounting, audit, risk, corporate finance and statutory compliances - preparation of consolidated financial statements and statutory audit from a listed entity perspective

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of annual budget with various departments, financial forecasts, and report variances. To develop the MIS structure (dashboards) as may be required by the management

- Governance and Control : Ability to build controls and governance within the organization with a robust framework encompassing all departments & functions

- Risk management - ensure coverage against financial as well as operating risks by streamlining of business processes and policies.

- Compliances for direct and indirect tax requirements, GST, secretarial, legal and other statutory compliances. Also ability to manage import / export related transactions.

- Ability to manage multiple Banking/ NBFC relationships for effective fund raising . Possess ability to design & deliver innovative financing solutions for managing expansion.

- Manage the expectations of the stakeholders through providing them monthly MIS, accounts, cash flows statements, and legal compliance reports

- Closely work with all department heads to ensure expenditures, adhere to legal and budgetary requirements

- Systems & Processes would be an integral part of the role; ability to set up systems and establish robust and scalable processes with the appropriate risk mitigants to be put into place.

Candidate Profile:

- A Chartered Accountant with 13-18 years of experience is a must for this role

- Strong business orientation; experience of partnering with business effectively

- A candidate who has a strong orientation in setting-up robust systems/improvising existing. systems/frameworks within an established setup in order to optimise the functioning of the dept. would be a preferred

- Should have an exposure in Manufacturing B2B segment

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high degree of multi-tasking
