Chief Financial Officer - Automobile - CA/CS

The incumbent should be a Qualified CA and CS with 15 to 20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, Controlling, Fund Management, Taxation and Compliance in a mid size or large size Automobile / Auto Ancillary Company.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Financial strategy Planning, Financial Planning, Fund Management, AOP

- Performance measurement

- CAPEX and OPEX budget compliance and completion audits

- Budgeting/ Forecasting

- Preparation of Capital Requests and assurance of accurate Investment Controlling

- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures.

- Internal Audit & Control

- Taxation & Compliance
