2. Job Role : In short You should be strong exposure and experience in Corporate Finance IFRS / IGAAP Compliance / Controlling

- Reporting, Planning & Budgeting, Taxation, Treasury & Risk Management

- Handling Private Equity / Investors Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions / Restructuring, Strategy Formulation / Implementation, Supply Chain Management, Secretarial & Legal

- Managing Robust Internal Controls & policies implementation, Corporate Laws Governance/ Compliance, IT Infrastructure Management, Real Estate Management & General Administration, Talent Management & nurturing, Dealings with Banks & Financial institutions, Performance Improvement Plans

- Stakeholder Management Plans - Regulatory Compliance & Reporting - Team Building & Management, Strategy Formulation & implementation Financial Planning & Reporting o Treasury & Forex Management, Cost Optimisation & Corporate governance.

3. Location : Mumbai (Corporate Office)

4. Qualification : You should be qualified CA (Chartered Accountant)

Important Note : You should be working in a company which is above Rs.1000 Crore Plus,This position reports to Chairman directly .

CTC bracket : Currently you should be drawing above Rs.1.00 Crore plus .
