Chief Financial Officer - Agro Chemical

Some of the Key Roles and Responsibilities:

As a member of the senior leadership team, the CFO will be an advisor to the Top management & divisional heads for evaluating and assisting them with the road map of growth and direction for all the businesses. He /She shall also be responsible for overseeing all fiscal responsibilities for the organization, in conjunction with the broader vision of company and Management.

Some of the main KRA's :

- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team

- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives. Partnering with the Top Management to drive the operations of the Company, all divisions and levels

- Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.

- Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization

- Develop financial and tax strategies for Indian and International entities

- Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.

- Perform Financial risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments

- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks

- Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure

- Manage the treasury and banking function

- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for federal funders, foundations, investors and company's board of directors. Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)

- Maximize business return on investment

- Coordinate and lead the annual statutory audit process, liaise with external auditors (Big four) and present to the audit committee. Overall oversight of the Consolidation process of standalone accounts with that of its subsidiaries and Associates

- Knowledge of Company Secretarial matters an added advantage.
