Chief Financial Officer - Agri/Auto/Infra (10-25 yrs)
Financial Planning:
- Driving the company's financial planning
- Performing risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Ensuring Top line and Bottom Line are in tact including decision making on Revenue - Enhancement decisions and cost efficiency measures
- Implementation of Budgeting system and Annual Operating plan
- Monthly Review of Profitability statements and variance analysis
Cash flow management:
- Manage cash flow and forecasting. Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and
reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs. - Optimize the handling of banking relationships to initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions
- Management of financial exposures including currency exposure analysis, cash flow exposure
- Management, implementation and supervision of the investment policy
- Responsible for controlling cash flow position throughout the Group companies. Understand the sources and uses of cash, and maintain the integrity of funds, securities etc.
- Responsible for establishing accounting policies and procedures for credit and collections, purchasing, payment of bills, and other financial obligations
Compliance Management:
- Responsible for ensuring design and implementation of effective internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable central, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
- Initiation and implementation of internal procedures, including purchasing and communications, payments, salaries, expense management
Treasury & Insurance Management:
- Manage the treasury function including levels of borrowings, investments, facility management and expenditure
- Ensure timely and accurate insurance and re-insurance activities of company assets so as to minimize exposure and look at leverage points for the organization
