Chief Financial Officer - Advisory Firm - CA

We have an opportunity for Chief Financial Officer for one of the consulting/advisory firm in Mumbai.

Position Title : CFO

Location :Mumbai

Experience : Minimum 15 years of relevant experience

Qualification : CA

Responsibilities :

- Drive the Firm's financial planning.

- Perform risk management by analyzing the Firm's liabilities and investments.

- Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.

- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations.

- Lead the Finance function (controllers, treasurers etc.)

- Manage vendor relationships.

- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.

- Set up and oversee the Firm's finance IT system.

- Ensure compliance with the law and Firm's policies.

- Experience in organic and inorganic growth, private equity for raising capital.

- Successfully manage complex problems and achieve noticeable success for the firm.

- Formulate internal processes and controls to achieve internal corporate governance.
