Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of the organization. As part of the executive leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, planning, compliance, and long-term growth. This position demands a strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of corporate finance, taxation, and regulatory environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and present robust financial and tax strategies to the CEO and promoters

- Lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting

- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, MIS reports, and board presentations

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, audits, and internal controls

- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and investors to manage financial relationships

- Provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives and business decisions

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team towards excellence in execution

- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies

Skills and Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred

- 1015 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership/CFO role

- Proven track record of financial planning, compliance, and strategic decision-making

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working with promoters, boards, and external financial partners
