Chief Financial Office/Finance Head - Manufacturing/Automotive

Head of Finance:

- Assist in formulating the Company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives including establishing the annual objectives and goals for the Company.

- This role directs all financial activities and advises and assists the CEO & MD and the Board in meeting or exceeding the overall financial, commercial and strategic objectives of the Company.

- Develop financial and tax strategies including financial restructuring of the company or refinancing.

- Oversee long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with the organization's strategic plan.

- Responsible for the financial accounting and costing data.

- Supervise due diligence, structuring and negotiations for M&A opportunities and guide on financial inputs required for any other new growth opportunities.

- The position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting and finance policies and internal control procedures for the business and maintaining day-to-day finance operations. The position will also direct forecasting, budgeting, margin improvement, cost containment, financial analysis and management reporting activities supporting the business.

- Identification and use of technology as a business enabler on a continuous basis. Approve and monitor major IT projects, IT budgets, priorities, standards, procedures, and overall IT performance.
