Chief Financial Controller - Banking/Telecom (10-28 yrs)

Job Description :
- Working capital management and fund management
- Building relation with national and international financial institutions
- Top line and bottom line profitability management
- Financial Planning, Analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting
- Cash flow management
- Forex management
- Develop and implement best accounting systems and procedures
- Budgetary control, Internal Control, Cost control
- Strong in Direct and Indirect taxation, Laws and Compliance
- Dealing with credit rating agencies,
- Negotiation and finalisation of contracts
- Dealing with various regulatory authorities
- Maintenance of correct records
- Dealing with external auditors, timely internal audit
- Preparation and finalisation of company accounts
- Financial performance review and advising management
- Working on ERP environment.
- Must have minimum 10 years experience in management role.
Age - Should not be more than 50 Years.
Compensation - Around 2 Cr PA.+ International job benefits
