For a Leading AMC looking for a Finance Leader - Chief Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Financial Oversight :

- Leading Finance and Accounting operations end-to-end, including maintaining accurate books of accounts, performing reconciliations, and ensuring timely payments and receipts.

- Managing financial due diligence processes and ensuring all transactions are completed and closed efficiently.

Taxation Management :

- Handling Direct and Indirect Taxation, including Income Tax, TDS, and GST. Responsibilities include maintaining records, computing tax liabilities, filing returns, and ensuring compliance.

- Advising on taxation planning and addressing any taxation queries.

Funds Management and Financial Planning :

- Overseeing funds management, investments, and cash flow monitoring.

- Preparing and analyzing financial reports and MIS for strategic financial planning.

Treasury Management :

- Collaborating with the treasury team to manage transactions effectively and oversee cash flow.

Regulatory Compliance :

- Ensuring control over statutory deductions, timely deposits, and filings related to TDS, GST, EPF, ESI, Corporate Tax, and other statutory obligations.

Vendor and Financial Reporting :

- Managing vendor payments and monthly reporting for inflows and expenses.

- Finalizing year-end financials and coordinating statutory and tax audits.

Desired Profile:

Qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or a postgraduate degree in Finance.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting operations.

Skills and Experience :

- In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance for financial consulting.

- Proven experience in liaising with government and private organizations for compliance initiatives.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Strong team player with the ability to work independently, drive results, and contribute to creating innovative solutions.
