Chief Finance Officer - FMCG (18-25 yrs)
This position is a most coveted role in the organisation having very high level of responsibility in nurturing the present profile and also to visualize and guide to the next level on a larger canvass.
Those who have the following skill set with proven competence ONLY Need to respond.
1. Highly critical on Costs and Prices of both inward and outward transactions.
2. Excellent acumen in creating Cost Centers for target reduction in ultimate pricing to benefit market realities.
3. Highly professional contacts with Bankers, Financial Institutions and agencies for bringing them on table for funding major expansions.
4. Good commercial acumen to guide the Marketing & Sales channels for effective price realization.
5. Excellent rapport with Legal counsels for handling trade & market related legal disputes.
6. Good governance on both internal audit and external credit and thorough in MIS.
7. To closely analyse and advice the management for entering into trade agreements for both domestic and International associations for longer duration without much conflicts.
8. Should have handled large Finance Portfolio above 1000 crores business revenue and also should have had proven competence in arranging more than 500 crores project finances.
9. Good at Taxation procedures and hands on in handling proper submissions.
10 Preference for those who have worked with Listed Companies in handling AGM's, Share holders and also Rights issue.
- Kindly note those who do not have the most of the combination of the desired expertise stated above need not respond as this position calls for complete competence in tot.
- Also those drawing CTC less than 45 lakhs will not be considered. also presently should be heading finance of a large organization, preferably in textiles or apparels.
- Those willing to relocate to Kolkata and with short notice would be the most preferable.
