Chief Finance Officer - FinTech

Responsibilities Include:

- Overseeing the finance function

- Ensuring that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met with respect to books of accounts, compliance, audit, tax etc

- Partnering with the business and helping to drive strategic decision making

- Driving the planning and budgeting process and establishing an FP&A process

- Establishing a robust internal control environment and setting up suitable policies while ensuring suitable flexibility given the startup nature of the organisation

- Building and maintaining relationships with lending partners

- Working closely with corp dev/IR team on fund raising activity

- Supporting the Investor Relations team with information, presenting to investors etc

- Managing and further building the finance team as the business expands

Required skills:

- Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years of experience

- Experience in an NBFC/fintech/lending business will be welcome along with exposure to the NBFC licensing regime

- Experience in a startup environment is welcome

- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to build, motivate and manage a team

- Excellent communication skills
