Position: Chief Finance Officer

Educational Qualification: CA

Experience: 20yrs and above

Pre-Requisites : Proven work experience as FC/Head of Finance & Accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Exposure in the Real Estate/Construction & Contracting sector.

- In-depth Knowledge in Corporate finance and accounting principles, laws & practices, and direct & indirect taxation & banking practices.

- Proficient in the use/implementation of financial management software's viz: ERP, SAP etc.

- An analytical mind with a strategic ability

- Good in decision making.

- Good communication & man-management skills.

- Have a basic awareness & knowledge on Company Law & related policies.

- To oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the company's financial strategic requirements.

- Oversee Direct/Indirect taxation, tax related matters under litigation and co-ordinate with the authorities, consultants, as applicable.

- Co-ordinate with the Bankers and Financial Institutions for effectively controlling & managing the overall banking facilities of the Company.

- Responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company.

- Guide the company towards profitability and long-term success.

- Set targets for and supervise the accounting and finance personnel including the Internal Audit function of the Company.

- Develop/Implement the corporate fund-raising strategies and manage relationships with Share Holders and Investors, as applicable.

- Monitor Company's Business Plan/Budget.

- Prepare timely reports on financial performance on a Monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis.

- Liaise with the Statutory Auditors and ensure Compliance to financial laws, policies & guidelines.

- Oversee the IT & Company Secretarial functions.

- Report to the CEO and interface with the authorized functions within the Group and the Board of Directors, as required.
