Chief Finance Officer - Cement Business - CA (10-20 yrs)
Responsibilities of Chief Finance Officer
- Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
- Compliance on internal and external audit observations related to finance and accounts
- Ensuring compliance of direct taxation and indirect taxation matters
- Direct supervision of entire accounts department for timely completion & updating of accounts
- Preparation of yearly financial budget and implement same.
- Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
- Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
- Able to handle bank and financial institution and arrange necessary fund.
- Able to Handle Handling Shareholders requirement and documentation matters
- Monthly cost reporting, break even and variance analysis reporting to the CEO
Chief Financial Officer Qualifications/Skills:

Qualification: CA with minimum 10 years of experience in Cement Industry
