Chief Finance Officer - CA MUST

CFO is a strategic leader responsible for the overall financial well-being of the organization and is in charge of accounting and financial matters that include Finance & Accounts, MIS, Taxation, Finance Controlling, Regulatory Affairs, Treasury, and Contracts.

Job Description :

1. Developing organizational strategies, business plan, budgets, financial controls, risk mitigation plans etc. and align financial goals with organizations goals

2. Managing company's financial performance, cash flow, liquidity, and profitability by balancing short & long-term financial goals

3. Preparation of consolidated financials under Ind AS and IFRS for our client and its subsidiaries on a quarterly basis

4. Preparation and presentation of monthly MIS to management and investors

5. Fund Raising and Treasury (as per need)

6. Devising and implementing a tax strategy (Direct and Indirect)

7. Coordinating with Consultants and driving the agenda (Internal Audit, External Audit, Tax, Others)

8. Assisting in Due Diligence for acquisitions

9. Leading the Annual budgeting process

10. Implementing the Internal and External audit recommendations

11. Monthly and quarterly reporting to Investors

12. Preparing board and AGM / EGM materials

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. Chartered Accountants degree is a must

2. Proficient in Indian GAAP and IFRS

3. Possesses a good commercial understanding of business

4. Good knowledge of secretarial matters

5. Self starter and strong analytical skills

6. Good communication skill

7. Sound knowledge of ERP systems

8. Familiarity with logistics industry is an advantage

9. Overall 10-15 years of work experience in hands-on accounting / financial reporting
