Chief Finance Officer - CA - Energy Infrastructure

Reporting to CEO and the team of qualified professionals at corporate and projects would report to this position.

Key Responsibilities would include:

Fund/Resource Mobilization preferably in power industry

- Mobilization of Funds (Domestic & International); managing banking relationships

- Accounts.Budgeting, planning, financial & business analysis and costing

- Forecasting & managing cash-flows and arranging working capital

- Setting up and maintaining strong systems, processes, and controls

- Improving accounting and MIS systems; focus on business efficiencies

- Overall responsible for Taxation

Compliance & Governance

- Revenue and cost management, ensure proper control & checks

- Monitoring statutory compliance

Leadership/Relationship Management

- Mentoring & leading the finance & accounting team

- Leading & managing investor relationship

- Collaborating with the CEO to analyze the health of business and review
