Chief Finance Officer - BFSI

- Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

- Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.

- Take hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system.

- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization including setting up standard accounting and finance practices.

- Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.

- 10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in Real estate sector (more particularly in Affordable Housing segment). Prior experience in handling both CA and CS roles would be an added advantage. Candidate having worked in a leadership role in an infrastructure / real estate company with international funding will be preferred.

1. Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (and a member of ICAI)

2. Candidate having an additional qualification of a Company Secretary (and a member of ICSI) will be preferred.

3. Must possess excellent working experience on ERP software and good command on timberline, excel, word and power point.
