Chief Finance Officer(CFO) , India

Based in MUMBAI

A. The Client: Is a leading European player in Fashion / Luxury Retail , with a national presence in India.

B. The Role:

- To lead entire business planning & control , finance , accounts , taxation , audit , compliance , commercial.

- Contribute to Business strategy and planning . working closely with Oversight to IT

- Develop and maintain Robust systems , processes & controls.

- Contribute to developing & maintaining a vibrant culture focussed on efficiencies / productivity and controls.

REPORTING to - functionally IMEA CFO & global HQ. Administratively to India CEO

C. Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Age 40-48 years ,

2. CA or MBA -finance

3. Worked with mid size MNCs preferably European or a Professionally Managed High Growth Group.

4. Exposure to having handled imports and distribution preferred

5. Has worked extensively in the Services / Consumer facing sectors.

6. Current Compensation: Rs.50-80 lacs

Based in or willing to move to Mumbai
