Chief Executive Officer - Turn Around Management Expert

- The turnaround expert is responsible for the success of corporate turnaround project events by managing the organization.

- Ensuring organizational capability for the turnaround event by Facilitating and actively participating as a member of the turnaround project Guidance Review Team, who is ultimately responsible for scope, resources, risk, and readiness.

- Ensuring proper representation and leading/motivating the core team responsible for planning and execution and comprised of members reporting directly to turnaround project manager as well as a specialist from plant organization.

- Integrates all operations, capital and expense projects into turnaround planning and execution with written agreements on schedule, contracting and materials, indirect cost, etc.

- Leading the execution team thru successful (safe, timely, quality, on a budget) pre-turnaround, turnaround, and post-turnaround work.

- As a member of the turnaround leadership team and even the project group will participate in turnaround improvement initiatives, peer reviews, developing and sharing of standard work practices.

- Close interaction with all business / vertical heads / functional heads.
