Chief Executive Officer - Tile/Ceramics Industry

Job Description -

- As a CEO you will be responsible for identifying and developing the products for private labels.

- Develops merchandising strategies, budgets, sales targets, and profit objectives.

- You will play a critical role within organization working closely with the Category/Sourcing Team on Private label product development projects.

- You will be the key person for all technical requirements and specifications of products that are both in development as well as in production.

- Leading the team members in particularly the Category and Sourcing Team and suppliers to formulate specifications, development schedules, test and qualification criteria to ensure new products are launched within the specified project requirements.

- Responsible for agreements with supplier / factory to maintain costs while exceeding quality metrics.

- Be responsible for the overall production and quality assurance of assigned products/categories.

- Search for and promotes new ideas that might be applicable to the company's products.

- Ensure product quality and understand product regulations and legal requirements as per Indian Market along with the requisite team.

- Manage product Packaging and branding by coordinating with agencies, vendors and other relevant departments.

- Working with technical and non-technical individuals to bring a product to market.

- Will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and will report directly to the Managing Director/Board of Directors.

- Plan, Develop and implementation of business, financial & operational strategies.

- Overseeing the entire operations of the company efficiently.

- Promote a corporate culture that values and consistently demonstrates innovation, responsiveness, creativity and passion.

- Will be responsible for fostering commitment to growth and long-term viability through formulation of strategic plans on valued proposition development; undertake technological advances and encouraging innovation across the organization.

- Supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company.

- Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short term and long-term objective.

- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

- Manage the delivery of key strategic initiatives and projects within the required quality, time and budget make high- quality, investing decisions to advance the business to support business objectives.

- Review Financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
