Earlier the company was doing job work for its holding company of printing and dyeing. Thereafter, company has started receiving orders from domestic market. POSITION DETAILS Position : Chief Executive Officer Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat Reporting : Directors JOB OBJECTIVE &amp; SUMMARY JOB DUTIES - Overall Site Operation (Technical, Production related, Commercial, Procurement, Compliances, liasoning, People Management) - Vendor development, Inventory Control and to complete purchases on most competitive rates and term &amp; conditions - Cost Control/ Rationalization in all areas of manufacturing including utilization of resources and procurement, Power and Fuel Consumption, and Labour Deployment - Logistics Management - To deal with Customs and Central Excise department - Ensure availing fiscal benefit as per State Industrial Policy - General Administration, technical coordination for productivity improvement and technological upgradation - Production coordination with market requirement - To optimize utilization of resources for organizational growth and excellence - H.R. Policy framework and outlining Functional Responsibilities &amp; Job Requirement Skills of individual Key Functions and working out individual Key Result Areas (K.R.A) and measurable objectives - To formulate strategy and Time bound Action Plan - To Recruit and conduct induction &amp; training - Competency mapping and identifying the Training Needs of the employees in areas of Skill, Attitude and Leadership Development - To prepare the training calendar, imparting in-house and outhouse training and assessing the impact of training - To do annual performance appraisal of the employees - Executing the Consequence Management System based on Appraisal and handling fallouts/feedback - Responsible for labour negotiations and LTA (Long Term Agreement) with the labour union, Industrial Relations including Reconciliation Proceedings and Disciplinary Proceedings - To Head the TQM and SAG (Small Area Group) activities at the plant for Rejection Control &amp; Production Improvement - To liaise with various Senior State and Central government officials - P.R. activities with key political leaders, administrative officers and persons of impact - To handle legal activities including incentives related cases in High Court and Supreme Court - ISO 9001 : 2000 Series furtherance, as Management Representative - Team building and to provide leadership and motivational support - Analysis of MIS reports POSITION REQUIREMENTS Functional Requirements: - An engineering graduate with MBA in related field from reputed institutes with a minimum of 15 years- experience in relevant Industries - Must have led complete operations in at least two previous tenures - Independent Management of diverse stakeholders like function head from plant, production, delivery schedules, fixed assets, customer queries, statuary and environmental compliances, liasoning with authorities Requirements profile (competence model) - Leadership Skills - Vision - Think&amp; act globally &amp; corporately.
