Chief Executive Officer - Textile Machinery (20-25 yrs)

Purpose of the Job

To provide Strategic, Financial, Manufacturing, Marketing & Operational Leadership for the Company. Analyze and make a recommendation to the Board of Directors on the impact of long-range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for the overall P&L of the Business, Establish the set-up, developing the market, creating partnerships and building a team that serves customers.

- Develop and execute high-quality business strategies and plans that is aligned with short-term and long-term objectives.

- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

- Developing and delivering strategy on Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Marketing through organisation building, leading/driving change and with significant value creation.

- Evolve & Drive business strategy for growth and ensure segment-wise results for both top line & bottom line.

- Effective utilisation of resources and managing quality, cost and manufacturing adherence through the support of business heads

- Partner with the Business and Technology leaders for Innovations and breakthroughs in new technology development.

- Improve the planning and budgeting process continually by educating departments and key members of the corporate leadership.

- Create, improve, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve the operational and financial effectiveness of the company.

- Effective leadership build trust, Credibility, & Transparency across the stakeholders

- Evaluate the company's financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.

- Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among the senior executive team and all members of staff.

Management Graduate with over 25 Years experience with at least 10 years at a leadership role

Preferably from textile Machinery Industry
