Overview :

As the CEO of a textile company, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing operations, and driving the overall success and growth of the organization. You will oversee the entire production, sales and marketing, quality control, human resources, and purchase functions. Your main focus will be on optimizing production performance, maximizing resource utilization, ensuring profitability, and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Develop and communicate the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

Financial Performance :

- Achieve targeted production and sales goals for the year.

Project Coordination :

- Coordinate new projects and ensure their timely implementation.

- Manage the time and sequence of operations for project execution.
