Chief Executive Officer - Technology Firm (20-24 yrs)

A leading Technology client of ours is looking out for a Chief Executive Officer.

Job Description:

1. Complete ownership for running the company in consultation with the board of directors.

2. Responsible for building and strong sales organization and excel in execution capabilities.

3. Develop the long term strategic and business plans for the company which is aligned to the short term and long term goals of the organization.

4. Responsible for all operations and business activities enabling meeting the desired business results.

5. Lead and motivate employees and build a high performing work culture.

6. Build strong partnerships with all partners and stakeholders.

7. Identifying potential global partners for the different business opportunities of the company and build strong relationship with them.

Desired Profile:

1. Proven experience as a CEO or other senior position.

2. An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills

3. Familiarity with other functions like Finance, Sales, HR, Governance etc

4. Exposure to US Markets and the ability to sign large deals.

5. Ability to handle pressure and work under high pressure environment

6. Excellent communication and articulation.

Desired qualification and experience

Post graduate in management with a minimum of 20 year of which at least 5 years should have been managing a business/profit centre/company
