Chief Executive officer - Technology Business

Responsibilities :

- Person will be Involved in Business Strategy & Plans Ensuring the alignment with Short term and Long-Term Objectives

- Leading, Motivating and Developing a high performing managerial Team.

- Overseeing all the operation and Business activities are aligned with overall Strategy and & Mission.

- Making Investment decision to advance the business to next level and increase the profits

- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain companys legality and business Ethics

- Review Financial and Non-Financials reports to device solutions and Improvements

- Built trust and Relations with key performers, stakeholders and act as a point of contact for Important stakeholders.

- Ensuring Proper maintenances or Profit ratio for Companies

- Provide Solution to ensure company's Growth

- Co-ordinate with CTO and Build roadmap for Company

Good to Have :

- Proven experience as CEO or at CXO level Technology Companies.

- Ability to work in smaller team and motivated to scale the team.

- Good understanding of Financial Planning.

- Experience in Developing profitable strategies and Implementing the Vision

- Strong Understanding of Corporate Finance and performance management principals

- Familiarity with Various Business Functions such as Finance, Operations, Marketing, Technology, Logistics etc .

- Has good global Business network.

- Has capabilities or experience in Fund raising

- Leaders who has been part of digital transformation with companies.

- Worked in Different global market.

- The candidate should have good government Network and contacts which can help the company at whole.
