Chief Executive Officer - Steel Pipes/Tubes (20-25 yrs)
The CEO shall be the member of the Board of this private limited Company.
The enterprise is around Rs 2000 crores profit making and has excellent brand identity in the industry.Number of employees are around 700.
The focus of the job would be to:
- Create an organisation for growth profit technology and innovation and lead the Team.
- Develop leadership levels at all levels.
- Continuous vigil on costs and overall efficiencies.
- Fast forward use of technology and IT in spearheading growth across the organisation.
- Initiate strategies for newer products and maintain leadership.
- Develop dealerships and OEMS for better reach and profits.
- Seek opportunities of marketing in unexplored regions and segments.
- Explore opportunities for exports.
- Leverage the strengths of industry leaders and build business on relationships.
- Institute programs for continuous upgradation of employees.
- Graduate Engineers who have worked in Steel industry preferably Pipes and with entrepreneurs are preferred.
- The plant and position is in a major city of Haryana having all urban facilities.Very attractive compensation is offered with furnished housing car and other corporate benefits.
