Chief Executive Officer - Startup - Environmental Sciences/Bio Sciences/Chemical Engineering Industry

Candidate should be with -

Experience - 13+ years, out of which at least 5 years should have been in managing a business/profit center.

Age Limit - 40 years

Post Graduate in Business Administration with a Degree in Environmental Sciences / Bio Sciences / Chemical Engineering / Bio-technology / Chemistry.

OR

Entrepreneur with a engineering / MBA with B2B

Role -

- Complete ownership for running the Company in consultation with the Promoters and the Board of Directors

- Responsible for building a Company with strong sales organization and excellent R&D capabilities

- Overall accountability for achieving the revenue and financial goals of the Company

- Planning, developing and executing the short, medium and long term strategies

- Identifying, planning and executing the fund raise requirements to meet the strategic objectives

- Planning and executing the Human resource plans for the Company in line with the strategic objectives

- Building systems and processes across functions and teams to achieve the strategic objectives

- Identifying potential global strategic partners for the different business opportunities of the Company's technology platform and building relationships with them

- Ensuring that the Company complies with all the regulatory and statutory requirements

Reporting - Chairman / Board

Location - Chennai

CTC - 60 LPA plus stock options

Degree in Environmental Sciences / Bio Sciences / Chemical Engineering / Bio-technology / Chemistry + MBA is a MUST
