- Growth/Increase in balance sheet size (i.e. to drive the growth of the business)

- Growth in profit

- Control over NPA

- Managing optimum Credit/deposit ratio

- Build customer satisfaction

- Regulatory compliances i.e. dual regulation by RBI and state co-operative department

- Maintain and enhance bank's profile

Responsibilities:-

- Set overall direction for the Bank

- Manage alliances/relationship with partners and other SEWA sister organizations

Profile:-

Qualification:-

- Should belong to finance background

- Qualified Chartered accountant or MBA with Finance

- Should have banking experience of 8-10 years in senior position

- Averse with usage of technology, specially

Age:- Between 40 to 50 years
