Job Description :

- Business Leader/CEO position responsibility of P & L and Balance sheet. Lead the smooth functioning of the Geospatial Technology business, Solutions & Services and grow the vertical providing Leadership to the business. Enhancing growth year of the year on Profitability & Cashflows

- To build and execute the strategic roadmap for the development of the domestic and international business to make a positive impact on the stakeholders and create valuation in the business.

- Providing Thought Leadership, integrating the teams, business process, operational efficiency and governance.

Position Essentials:

- Executes the vision and business plan of the organization

- Ensure the organization maintains its mission focus in day-to-day operations.

- Serve as a leader for tactical planning.

- Provide strategic guidance; oversee and facilitate the implementation of the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.

- Prepare and execute annual budget consistent with long-term financial stability.

- Supports and encourages membership growth initiatives.

-Work closely with the human resource department to ensure great hiring.

- Work with senior stakeholders, chief financial officer, chief information officer, and other executives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Accountabilities and Key Performance Indicators

- Revenue Generation for the business 


- To lead all the activities and initiatives of the Business to achieve the overall revenue target as per AOP forecast, Cash, and cash flow.

- Strategic Direction to the Business to increase the reach of the technology and solutions in India and Overseas.

- Ensure constant monitoring of the Income and Expenditure of the business and take necessary initiatives to achieve profitability along with control over expenditure

- Create new markets and opportunities in the business and focus on values creation to customers through Value creation

- Give Strategic Directions for more number of empanelment with Government - Central / State and Corporates to increase the footfall for the business

- Development of People and People process for future-readiness and growth.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :

Educational Qualifications :

- Engineering graduate (Must) Desired from Geo-Informatics domain or Digital domain. & Post Graduate in Business Management ( Desirable)

Relevant and total years of Experience :

- Should have about 20+ years of experience with a minimum of 10 years of experience in heading a Medium size business (50 crore and above)with P&L responsibility

- Should have the capability towards adjacency creation for the geospatial sector

- Should have excellent communication skills, Collaborative approach, Leadership capability to enhance Teamwork and Relationships with the stake holders ( Internal & External)
