Description -

- Leadership and strategic planning for the overall organisation
- Build and scale up multiple functions including product and Technology

- Lead and drive overall vision of the organisation

- Work closely with Board of Directors in terms of overall leadership

- Take care of corporate and social responsibility

- Overview all functions such as growth, product, technology, marketing and Finance

Profile

- Significant experience in a leadership role in either Wealth Fintech or a Mutual Fund House

- Experience in platforms of Algo trading or Robo Advisory

- Strong inclination and experience in Technology led businesses

- Tier 1 Education (MBA/B.Tech) would be highly preferred
