Chief Executive Officer - Retail

Chief Executive Officer (Only Candidates from Retail background apply)

- For a premium client in Kids apparel Business we are looking for a highly skilled CEO who will be involved in all aspects of Financial Planning, Marketing, Commercial, Production, Quality, merchandising & Man Power, execution and delivery

Key Responsibilities (Indicative List):

- Key member of the senior management operating team

- Key responsibility includes Revenue Generation, Bottom-line and Top line growth and increase Market share

- Leadership for the development of strategic marketing plans including objectives and strategy for targeted markets

- To identify new customers and successfully ensure building the customer base

- To ensure timely response to any business enquiries generated

- Represent the company in important functions, industry events and public meetings

- Work closely with the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return

- Work closely with Human Resources (HR) regarding hiring practices, payroll and benefit disbursement

- Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with division managers.
