Key Objectives of the role:

 - Collaborate with board of directors to define and articulate the organizations vision and develop strategies to achieve that vision

- Be the first in command in the company and provide key strategic direction and vision towards its success

- Be responsible for organizations business objectives and financial goals

- Oversees the operations and client delivery across all business lines

- Experience in real estate sales of about 10 years is a must.

- Should be passionate, dynamic passionate go getter with a penchant for achieving sales targets.

- Aggressive though leader with compassion for the team.

- Must be able to gel with all types of stake holders and should be able to influence people from all walks of life.

- Fire in belly and entrepreneurial bent of mind with a can do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial:

a. Develop business strategies and plans, aligned to the short-term and long-term business objectives

b. Review financial and non-financial reports to devise appropriate on-ground solutions and/or, improvements

c. Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company

d. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company growth

e. Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits

f. Determine the direction of the business by closely working with the key stakeholders to create and implement financial strategies and goals

g. Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.

h. Work closely with the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) to prepare annual budgets, risk management on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return

2. Operations and Client Delivery:

a. Develop the company-wide strategic operational plan, aligned to the overall business plan.

b. Oversee all the aspects of operations, including construction, engineering, design, sites, market landscape, and, administration

c. Oversee the operational activities to ensure that they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and vision

d. Report on the project progress and bottlenecks, to the board of directors

e. Provide strategic direction on the overall company goals

3. Client Relations:

a. Build trusted relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders

b. Focus on end-to-end customer experience and build a Customer First ecosystem

c. Keep up with current trends in the industry and the leading edge business practices by continuously up-grading self-knowledge and consulting with peers

4. Business Processes:

a. Lead and drive continuous process improvements across all aspects of the company. Remove the redundancies and build efficiencies. Focus on automation to make the processes leaner and cutting-edge

b. Enforce adherence to legal & regulatory compliance and company policies to ensure the highest standards of business ethics

c. Perform and execute key decisions as necessary

5. People Development:

a. Develop a high engagement model, with high performing functions & teams, all aligned to the organization values, vision and goals

b. Build a robust organizational culture, aligned with the organizational objectives. Create an open culture of listening, feedbacks and recognition

c. Set the tone from the top in terms of the, organizational image and culture

Key Requirements:

- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills. A visionary, who is able to build and scale-up businesses

- Knowledge of financial statements, i.e., profit and loss, balance sheet & cash flow management, general finance and budgeting

- Ability to build consensus and relationships among key stakeholders, executives, internal & external partners, and the workforce at large.

- Should have some experience in Corporate Governance.

- Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.

- Natural leader and excellent motivator. Ability to inspire confidence and create trust amongst the employees

- Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate.

- Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly

- Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts

- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision

- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.

- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. Proven negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and public speaking skills

- Ability to prioritize, delegate and oversee a multitude of departments
