- To work strategically to achieve the business target and to increase the production volume.

- To Plan for the Daily Production and execute the same.

- To achieve the production target Monthly, Quarterly and yearly.

- Proper administration and supervision of the team. Cost minimization and cost control.

- Statutory Compliance & Zero Accident.

- Formulating budgets for timely procurement of material and other requirements.

- To ensure all projects completed within scheduled time frame

- Implementation of Best Mining Practices

- Effective Utilization of all resources i.e Plant & Equipment, Infrastructure & Manpower.

- Unlock the value of mines by making commercial viability of existing stock.

- Equipment/Machine wise fixing of standards for utilization and operational cost.

- M/c standards Vs Utilization & Cost and it improvement plans.

- Any other area/work assigned based on the Business exigency.

- Monitoring of Mining activities along production.

- Monitoring of Contractors/Vendors/Customer and employees related issues and its redressal.

- Implementation of Safety norms.

- Machinery availability and consumption data analysis.

- Spares consumption and its follow-up issues

- A Graduate/Post Gradudate in Mining Engineering or Mineral Processing & Should have minimum 20-25 years of experience in any Mining & Mineral company (preferably in Quartz / Feldspar / Silica Sand / Quartzite). Candidate should have relevant experience and at least 5 years worked in senior leadership role. Knowledge in Telugu language will be an added advantage..
