Chief Executive Officer - Plant Ops

Job Description

 - Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy. 

 - Develop long term strategic plans to grow the operations beyond market rates. 

 - Lead the day to day operations of the facility (150 Crores Business) with approximately 500 employees via the executive team. 

 - Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the business 

 - Managing entire plant operations with accountable for the entire P&L with a view to achieve business objectives and ensure top line and bottom line profitability 

 - Manage the various functional heads (direct reports) and develop clear, measurable work plans and critically evaluate individual performance 

 - Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development. 

 - Managing business operations involving resource planning, supply chain management, production, quality and team building in co-ordination with internal / external departments 

 - Maintain and develop the company’s values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies.

Experience / Skills required: 

 - Prior P&L management, including revenue oversight, preferred (versus management of operating expenses) 

 - Financial Acumen:Able to understand profit and loss calculations and business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations, depreciation, capital and revenue expenditure, cash-flow, overheads, excise / customs ,sales tax etc. 

 - Analytical Skills:Ability to quickly analyze large amounts of information and focus on critical leverage points to drive improvement. 

 - Strategic Skills:Ability to develop clear strategies from diverse inputs, develop a compelling business case, and execution plan to achieveresults. 

 - Retail chain /Channel partners development and Management 

 - Management Ability:Excellent people-management skills and cross-functional team facilitation/leadership skills
