A team of over 120 research scientists work tirelessly to discover and develop standardized natural extracts that render alternative therapy to emerging nutritional and health requirements across the globe.

Designation: CEO (Chef Executive Officer)

Reporting to : Director /MD

Experience: Minimum 19 to 30 Years of experience Plant Operation.

Location: Bangalore

Kannada language will be added advantage.

Turnover : 1300 cr. (2+ Manufacturing Units in India)

Must : Operation of Entire Manufacturing Unit experience is Must. Good Knowledge on Finance, Admin, HR, QA, QC, R&D, Technology Transfer, Production. Must be aware about how to expand manufacturing unit.

More Then 900 People will report and Indirect CFO, CHRO, and etc.

Note: Business Operation, Business Development, Marketing, Sales This skills will be not suitable for this position.

Job Purpose:

The chief executive officer (CEO) will be responsible for the entire operations of group and corporate activities. The CEO will be aligned to the vision of the organization and create and implement the strategic roadmap with regards to Operations, Strategy, Finance, creation of Company Culture, Organization and Talent Development, Regulatory and Safety regulations in alignment with the corporate vision.

As a leader of the organization will implement and execute the organization business plan and help improve the strategies periodically. It would be the responsibility of the CEO to anticipate the market and position the company for success under various scenarios. Though the industry is consistent but dependent on various economic and political factors; hence it is important that the CEO identifies the opportunities and the potential kick-backs for growth and sustainability.

Job Responsibility:

1. Setting Strategy & Direction:

- Define and execute Operational, Marketing, Financial, Sales, Development and Human Resource strategies for various geographies of operations for the organization within India.

- Define realistic and favorable milestones in agreement with CMD across verticals and various geographies for the organization and work along with the teams to achieve them on time and in full.

- Identify the weak links in the verticals and develop a strategy around it for strengthening it and convert it into a profitable and favorable vertical for the organization.

- Track monitor and own the deliveries of all the business verticals under the group umbrella.

- Make organization vision a base document and align all operational strategies with it in consultation with the CMD.

- Work on developing strategies around building cost efficiencies into the system and guide functional teams on continuous improvement model.

- Identify and keep a close tab on future opportunities for the organization and work closely with CMD to seal them.

- Define and lead the annual budgeting exercises around finance, HR, Manpower and practices.

2. Modelling and setting the company's culture, Values & Behavior:

- Hire and train the people on time and in full as per the manpower planning process

- Ensure High Employee Engagement levels and define metrics around it to measure it periodically

- Create and manage a highly performance driven culture across and maintain high levels of accountability at all levels of employees

- Introduce effective and transparent rewards and recognition systems for high and strong performers and compatibility process for low / non- performers.

- Model and demonstrate company values and preach them regularly for effective implementation across.

- Coach, lead and manage the senior executive teams with an immense sense of responsibility and add value.

- Ensure effective percolation of behaviors, values and culture through the senior leaders in a prescribed manner to create a valuable workplace.

- Create and manage structured and unstructured periodic and continuous feedback mechanism, handle and act effectively on important and trending ones to ensure resolution of issues.

- Build an open and a transparent culture of communication top - bottom and bottom - top.

3. Building and Leading the Senior Executive Team

- Coach, mentor and guide the senior leadership team and monitor the progress closely

- Identify the potential misses of milestones proactively and define a customize strategy around it and work along with the senior leaders to ensure contingency management.

- Follow a structured approach in performance monitoring, schedule regular one on one's to create effective tracking and monitoring system.

- Manage expectations and keep effective communication channels across to ensure all support is extended to the senior leaders.

- Encourage and build a strong and a cohesive senior leadership team, play an active role in resolving any differences or contradictions among and keep them working together in a common direction.

4. Delivering results:

- Manage and monitor the P&L statement of the organization closely and work towards keeping the quarterly and the year end results positive.

- Deliver to the expected EBIDTA levels as per the agreement with the CMD

- Careful attention to the design and tracking of financial measures to transition the organization into earnings driven company.

- Implement best in class practices across verticals and business processes to create organization as one of the best among its contemporaries.

- Deliver results which are metric based and measurable, quantify all possible metrics and show QOQ, & YOY results for effective tracking, monitoring, and control.

- Ensure organization is high on compliances and required regulations around the various business verticals.
