Qualification : Ph.D in Entomology, Lifesciences, Pharmaceuticals, Food or Agrochemicals is must
CTC : CTC will not be a constraint for the right candidates.
Location : Metro
Responsibility :
- Will be responsible for driving the growth and productivity of the company as a Pan India
- Candidate should have strong exposure of P&L Business.
- Should have sizeable contributions made in each of the stints organizations are having aggressive growth plans.
- Business, strategic, operational and growth plans
Experience :
- 20+ years of experience in R&D, sales & marketing out of which 4 - 5 years of P&L in Agri/Agro, contract research, Lifescience, pest management, Food analytics, Agrochemical, or Pharmaceuticals sectors.
- P&L experience is must at preferably a person who is handling P&L responsibility and has worked in huge growth & competitive environment from a reputed companies.
- Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.
