We are Looking for CEO for a 500 Cr Packaged food Business - Promoter Driven Business wanting to Professionalise and Build a Professional Driven Organization.

2. To improve operational productivity and financial effectiveness of the company business.

3. To develop an effective management team for change management.

4. To ensure smooth transition of the company from its current state into a professionally managed outfit.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. To spearhead the business growth of the company and be responsible for its overall strategic, operational and financial performance.

2. Develop and execute strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve top-line and bottom-line targets. Plan, develop, implement and direct the organizations business operations and the overall performance.

3. Create, improve, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve operational and financial effectiveness of the company.

4. To break-down strategies into operational action plans to facilitate understanding and implementation.

5. Responsible for planning, managing and overseeing all functional areas of business - complete sales and operational activities for the organisation

6. Manage the team across various functions; mentor technical and sales staff; hiring and growing team as necessary

7. Define and monitor KRAs and KPIs for the team; recruiting and mentoring people as necessary to ensure performance is in line with the business objectives

8. Spearhead growth to 2 X current revenue levels over a 5 year horizon - identify bottlenecks, set processes and build organisation culture for growth

9. Partner and collaborate with top management and key team members to drive innovation and diversification agendas

10. Work closely with sales and operations in developing and growing customer accounts - discussing growth plans, ensuring delivery commitments, collections and ensuring client satisfaction

11. Identify opportunities for business expansion in new markets and build competencies to utilize such opportunities.

12. Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all members of staff.
