Chief Executive Officer - Non Life Insurance Business (15-25 yrs)

Urgent requirement for - CEO-Non-Life Insurance" for leading Insurance Company in Uganda.

Job location:

Kampala, Uganda (East Africa)

Age required: 40- 55Years-

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be graduate with degree/ diploma in Insurance/ AIII/FIII. MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management will be an added advantage.

- Should have experience of 15-20 years of experience in non-life insurance business out of which 3-5 years of experience should be in the similar capacity in mid-size insurance business

- Should have knowledge and hands-on experience of various underwriting proposals, Policy documentation, Quotations, Re-insurance matters, coordination with insurance brokers & Surveyors.

- Should be able to make risk assessments of various portfolios such as fire, motor, accident, workmen compensation, marine policy etc.

- Should have drive to promote business in a very competitive environment.

- Should possess good interpersonal & communication skills.

- Should have a flair for training and mentoring the staff.

In addition to above:

- Residential Furnished House

- Free Passage to India for the family once in two years.

- Domestic Help up to 1,50,000 Ugandan Shillings per month salary

- Privilege Leave = 30 days pa/encashment of unavailed leave

- Gratuity is payable at the end of every contract.

- Income Tax (to be borne by the Company).
