LOOKING FOR A HIGH ENERGY, HIGH IMPACT LEADER FOR ANUDIP

Anudip Foundation (www.anudip.org) is a non-profit social enterprise with a mission to empower marginalized young people towards attaining sustainable livelihoods in the information technology sector. Over the past decade, Anudip has served over 80,000 young people across India, securing careers for more than 75% of them. Anudip specially focuses its work on women, religious and tribal minorities, reformed insurgents, people with disabilities, and victims of human trafficking.

The company applies state-of-art education technology to offer its students blended learning courseware in rural and semi-urban skilling centers, training its students with job-market aligned curricula for rapid placement through its 300 odd corporate partnerships.

Anudip is a long-time NSDC partner, and a professionally managed company with an engaged Board and seasoned leadership team.

The Position

Over the next years through 2021, Anudip's new leader will seek to:

- Expand its annual training capacity fivefold from 20,000 students with less than 3x growth in operating expenses

- Leverage technology to create new levels of reach

- Maintain Anudip's unique focus on quality and placement outcomes for the most needy, and run a high performance organization

- Serve as Anudip's evangelist, nurturing the organization and living its values

Experience

The CEO should be someone who has over 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership role managing multiple functional areas and geographies. The ideal candidate will sign up to take Anudip to the next level of scale and impact, while working with key stakeholders to help solve one of India's most pressing challenges.

- Execution excellence: the individual will lead diverse and geographically dispersed work teams, developing organization-wide strategies for program excellence

- Technology acumen: the ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and applying technology solutions to Anudip's program interventions

- Communication and stakeholder management: ability to convincingly represent the company's mission, culture, brand image, and core values to a range of internal and external stakeholders

Location - The position is based in Kolkata, and the incumbent will be expected to travel 30% of their time.
