Role : Chief Executive Officer Location : Mumbai Reporting to: Board of Directors Qualifications : Master's Degree in Social Sciences, MBA or other equivalent / appropriate qualification Experience : Minimum 15 years in the social sector with at least 5 years in leadership capacity in a similar setup or within the sector Travel : Travel to field /Project locations and other places as per requirement - Looking for one who can support and complement the Board of Directors towards meaningfully advancing the mission of the organization and building institutional credibility. - The Organization is seeking to hire a person who will work with the team to realize the overall strategy of the organization, establish new partnerships, brand building, strengthen and scale up of the existing program and oversee overall administration of the organization. - Exhibit high level of drive, energy and a commitment to excellence - Hold excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and familiar with local language - Should be analytical, articulate and well versed with the subject to communicate effectively with a wider audience Major Responsibilities : Leadership & Management - Lead in communicating and implementing the organization's vision, mission and provide overall strategic direction. - Ensuring ongoing programmatic excellence and implementation of the organization's strategy. - Oversight of financial management and administration, fund raising, communications and operating of systems. Programme Delivery - Overseeing design, delivery and quality of programs. Financial Management - Presenting yearly budget for Board approval and prudently managing organization's resources within those budget guidelines in accordance with current laws and regulations. Fund Raising - Identifying resource requirements and overseeing overall fundraising strategy planning and its implementation for meeting financial requirements of the organization.
