Chief Executive Officer - NCLT/IBC (15-25 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead client facing/business development activities
2. Negotiate with stakeholders, structure the deal, and oversee execution
3. Run the day to day operations of the company
4. Originate and evaluate equity investments, over-see the portfolio, Part of the investment committee
5. Represent the company at speaking engagements
Work experience and skill set :
1. Sector expertise in infrastructure
2. Demonstrable track record of success in distress or a related business with significant size and complexity
3. Has an understanding of operational restructuring including the optimization of all aspects of a business
4. Knowledge of IBC and RBI norms for stress resolution such as SDR and S4A
5. Possesses exceptional financial skills and analytical rigour
6. Possesses excellent negotiation skills
