Chief Executive Officer - Manufacturing Startup - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

- Drive profitability and ensure stakeholders in Board of Directors are engaged and well managed.

- Ensure growth in the top line and bottom line of the organization.

- Review financial and non-financial reports to drive continuous improvement.

- Devise and implement high quality business strategies in alignment with the long term and short-term organization vision.

- Evaluation expansion avenues in terms of incremental product lines, geographies, acquisition opportunities.

- Handling day to day business operations of the company, which includes looking after Sales (Domestic and Exports), Marketing, Operations, Research & Development, Technical Services and QA.

- Maintain knowledge of key market/product landscape to drive business excellence.

- Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors.

- Partner with high-level officers/ investors to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability and profitability.

- Represent the company as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings.

- Work closely with the Finance Department to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return.

- Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with division managers.

- Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
