A toy manufacturing company is seeking an exceptional and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and shape the strategic direction of the company. As the CEO, you will be responsible for driving overall growth, innovation, and operational excellence across all functions of the business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for the toy industry, and a proven ability to lead teams toward achieving ambitious business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision and Leadership: Provide overall leadership and direction for Vini Toys, developing and executing the companys long-term strategy to drive growth, market expansion, and profitability. Ensure alignment of business objectives with organizational goals and vision.
- Business Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring operational efficiency, financial health, and effective resource utilization. Optimize business processes, including supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and distribution.
- Innovation and Product Development: Lead innovation in product development, ensuring the companys portfolio is aligned with market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging opportunities in the toy industry. Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Market Expansion: Identify and drive new market opportunities both in India and internationally, expanding the companys footprint. Develop and execute strategies to enhance the companys presence in key markets and penetrate untapped regions.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies that will drive revenue growth across both online and offline channels. Ensure strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage the companys financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainability. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, and take proactive measures to improve cash flow and cost management.
- Team Development and Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing executive leadership team. Build a strong organizational culture centered around innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Foster a positive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key point of contact for the Board of Directors, shareholders, and other key stakeholders. Provide regular updates on company performance, strategic initiatives, and market trends.
- Brand and Reputation Management: Enhance and protect the brand in the market. Oversee marketing, public relations, and communications strategies to promote the companys values and reputation.
- Corporate Governance and Compliance: Ensure that the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Maintain effective governance and risk management practices.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced business degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in managing business operations and driving growth, particularly in the FMCG, toy, or related industries. Previous CEO or executive leadership experience is a significant advantage.
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the toy manufacturing and FMCG, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor dynamics.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire large teams across various functions and locations. Exceptional skills in executive leadership, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
