Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director - Manufacturing/Engineering Products/EPC Industry (20-30 yrs)

Our client is a 2000 crore turnover, progressive organization operating in hi tech manufacturing, Engineering Products and services including EPC industry and is a leader in the segment with presence in many countries. As part of growth and diversification the company is aiming leapfrog growth and is looking for CEO/MD with experience of having handled a business size of 1000 crore in his current role.

Job Description -

- Report to the Board of Directors and keep them informed.

- Work with the Executive Board and leadership team to determine vision, values and mission, and plan for short and long term goals.

- Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives

- Work with all key stakeholders both internal and external to get alignment to company's goals and objectives. Close interactions with government, key accounts and customers will be top priority.

- Provide inspired leadership company wide. Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team. Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.

- Develop and implement operational policies, oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission

- Work closely with the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, ensure statutory compliance, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return

- Make investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits

- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.

- Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

- Work closely with the Human Resource department to ensure great hiring and employee engagement.
