Chief Executive Officer - IT/Consulting Firm (20-25 yrs)
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- The CEO is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for the company and will closely coordinate and work with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team.
- Plan, develop, implement and direct the operational and fiscal function and performance.
- Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the plans and programs.
- Create, improve, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve operational and financial effectiveness of the company.
- Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors

- Provide leadership in the creation and adherence to Quality Assurance and methodologies. Identify & Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Work Experience :
- CEO/COO/Business Unit Head with P& L responsibility with portfolio of products and services and customers across multiple geographies and domains like - Information Technology, Business Process Management, Engineering Research and Development (ER&D), Electronic System & Data Maintenance (ESDM), Start ups.
- Management degree (MBA - systems/ marketing/ general)
- Engineer with a Management Degree in(Systems/Marketing/General ) with overall experience of over 20 yrs in which at least 5+ years of Complete business management experience in a technology company/Industry Association.
- Experience in leading an Startups in some part of the career will be very useful
- Experience with products & services that require adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks, process rigor and multiple level of validation - essential
- Should have experience in working with various stakeholders like Industry, Academia and Govt and other external eco systems.
- Should have ability to manage the Global relationships to Promote the Industry.
- Experience with Technology Industry

- Project/Program Management Process (PMP)
- CMMi, ISO, Quality Controls, AS9100, IRIS, 6/lean sigma
- Information Security, Compliance and related legal rules
